December 15, 2022: The Provincetown Board of Health held a public hearing at 4:00 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Room, Provincetown Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA, voting unanimously to adopt proposed changes to the following Board of Health regulations, Part XII, Article 5 - Habitations for Rent Regulations, and to recommend proposed revisions to PART VIII, ARTICLE 1 – Fee Schedule. The fee changes were approval of the Select Board January 9, 2023 and become effective upon January 19, 2023 publication, as follows:
- Applications not subject to the Short-Term Occupancy Tax, $300 per unit (valid 3 years).
- Applications that are subject to the Short-Term Occupancy Tax, $750 per unit (valid one year)
