Disability Commission

Mission & Authority:

To coordinate and carry out programs designed to meet the problems of the handicapped in coordination with programs of the Office of Handicapped Affairs. Shall research local problems of the handicapped and shall coordinate the activities of other local groups organized for similar purposes, and may advertise, prepare, print, and distribute books, maps, charts, plans and pamphlets necessary for its work. Shall file an Annual Report which shall be printed in the Town Annual Report and shall have at least six meetings annually.
