Public Notice
A meeting of the Provincetown Water and Sewer Board
was held on October 14, 2003, at the Grace Gouveia Building/Senior Center, 26
Alden Street, Provincetown and then and there the board formally adopted the
following criteria for determining potential allocation of so-called available
Phase 1 flow gallons. These are the
criteria that were adopted: 1. Board of Health priority rating; 2.
Capacity/Location; 3. Hydraulics/Flow; 4. Financial Impact/Cost Effectiveness;
5. Sewer Special Legislation/Public Good; 6. Conservation Initiatives.
The Water and Sewer Board will consider each
property application on the basis of these criteria and notify the applicants
in writing of its decision.
