Elderly Low-Income Water Exemption
On March 12, 2009 the Provincetown Water and Sewer
Board held a public hearing and voted to adopt an exemption equal to one-half
of the charges for water service per billing cycle for those customers who meet
the requirements for a Clause 41C tax exemption, as administered by the Board
