Promotional Grant Application
Fiscal Year 2005 (July 1, 2004 – July 30, 2005)
Application Deadline: 4:00 PM, December 31, 2003
Events taking place between September 1, 2004 and June 30, 2005 will be considered for funding. The Visitor Services Board does not fund events occurring during July or August. Applications may be submitted online, or by mail or in person to the Tourism Office at the address below.

Applying Online

If your computer has Acrobat Reader Version 6.0, you may submit your application online. Be sure to attach your complete event description and budget to the email generated when you click the SUBMIT button.

Acrobat Reader is a free program. It can be downloaded at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
(Note: Acrobat Reader version 6.0 is not available for all platforms)

Applying by Mail

With all versions of Acrobat Reader, you may fill out the applicaton form on your computer, print it, and mail or deliver it, along with your complete event description and budget, to:
