Voters addressed 10 articles in the warrant for the Special Town Meeting to be held on Monday, June 22, 2009 at 6 p.m. in the Veterans Memorial Elementary School Multi-Purpose Room, 2 Mayflower Lane. The ten warrant articles are:

STM-1.Town Hall Renovations.
STM-2. Fund Step 10 Retroactive Pay.
STM-3. Community Preservation Act: Acceptance od Administrative Expenses Permissible Under the Act.
STM-4. Home Rule Petition: Equitable Distribution of Revenue.
STM-5. Use of Parking Funds to Purchase Automated Pay Stations.
STM-6. Land Bank: Acquisition of Land 6R, 10R and 14R Browne Street.
STM-7. PARC Land Grant: Suzanne's Garden.
STM-8. Add Alternate Member to Animal Welfare Committee.
STM-9. Waterways Capital Reserve Fund.
STM-10.Home Rule Petition: 1/2% Real Estate Transfer Fee
