Pursuant to Chapter 13 of the Acts of 2000, the Provincetown Public Pier Corporation conducted a public hearing on November 29, 2007 at 4 PM in the Judge Welsh Room of Town Hall at 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 adopting the following changes to Pier Events, Trapshed Lease and Non-Commercial Transient vessel fees, effective January 31, 2008:

Non-Commercial Transient	$2 per foot per night on fixed pier	$3 per foot per night on fixed pier $3 per foot per night when on a float.
