The Provincetown Public Pier Corporation held a public hearing on March 13, 2008 at 4 PM in the Judge Welsh Room of Town Hall at 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 in regards to a proposed policy change in the accounts receivable terms for Commercial Fishing tenant berth fees.  The PPPC board unanimously passed the changes as underlined:

 

Tenant Commercial Fishing Vessels Dockage Fees 90 Days with balance due by September 30th of the current year.

 

This replaces the current terms of 90 days with the total due by March 30th of the current year.  The Provincetown Public Pier Corporation adopted the change after public comments.
