Other Business

In response to questions from the Board, Ms. Turner provided an update on the long-delayed sewer connection for 359 Commercial St (Mews Condominiums).

The Board also expressed concern that the lack of a full-time health agent may result in uneven enforcement of grease trap regulations, which could compromise the integrity of the wastewater disposal system.

Adjournment

There being no further business, Mr. Sinaiko moved, seconded by Mr. Richter, to adjourn the meeting.  The vote carried by a vote of 3-0, and the meeting was adjourned at 4:00 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,
