Members absent:

John Ciluzzi (unexcused), Terry Siegal (unexcused)

Other attendees:

Strategy for Late Sewer Connections

Mr. Guertin noted that most of the uncompleted connections are low-flow connections: single condominiums, single families, etc.  There are 79 uncompleted connections, of which a small percentage has not yet returned contact.  The board agreed that the letter encouraging customers to complete their connections is fine as presented and should be sent to property owners whose properties have not yet connected.

Interim Laundromat

After much discussion, Mr. Sinaiko moved, seconded by Mr. Richter, to issue the interim sewer connection permit to Steven Boggess d/b/a P-Town Suds, to be issued August 23, 2004 and as amended to require annual reviews on a 15-year permit.  The motion carried 3-0.

Adjournment

There being no other business to come before the board, Mr. Sinaiko moved, seconded by Mr. Richter, to adjourn the meeting.  The motion carried 3-0, and the meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,
