Chairman Sinaiko called the meeting to order
at 5:00 p.m. noting the following attendees:

Public Statements
Mr. Sinaiko opened the meeting to public statements.

Wastewater Flow
Adjustments/Certifications
Mr. Sinaiko moved, seconded by Mr. Richter, to increase the flow for 303
Commercial St. from zero gallons to 2,060 gallons. The motion carried 3-0.
Mr. Richter moved, seconded by Mr. Sinaiko, to deny a request for 620
Commercial St. to opt out of the sewer system.
The motion carried 3-0.
Mr. Sinaiko moved, seconded by Mr. Richter, to certify the final sewer
betterments. The motion carried
3-0.
Mr. Sinaiko moved, seconded by Mr. Richter, to approve the final order to
assess final betterments. The motion
carried 3-0.
Laudromat work session
Discussion ensued. No motions made.
Adjournment
There being no other business to come before the board, Mr. Richter
moved, seconded by Ms. Lord, to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried 3-0, and the meeting was adjourned at 5:50
p.m.
