Provincetown Water and Sewer Board

Minutes of May 29, 2003

5:00 p.m.

The Provincetown Water and Sewer Board was called to order by acting Chairman Jonathan Sinaiko. Present were: Board members, Anne Lord, Jonathan Sinaiko, Sacha Richter, and Lucille Plante. Also in attendance was D.P.W. Director Dave Guerton, Wayne Perry, representing Environmental Partners.

Business discussed was the review and approval of the minutes of May 14, 2003, as corrected. Jonathan Sinaiko makes the motion to accept them, Lucille seconds the motion and the vote is 4-0.

Business discussed was the transitional rate for the sewage treatment charge per gallon to the users to become effective on July 1, 2003. Jonathan Sinaiko makes a motion to accept the new Transitional rate, Sacha Richter seconds it and the vote is 4-0.

Anne Lord makes the motion to adjourn, Sacha seconds it and the vote is 4-0. The meeting ended at 5:43p.m.
