Provincetown Water and Sewer Board

Minutes of Febuary 5, 2003.

5:15 p.m.

The Provincetown Water and Sewer Board was called to order by Chairman Jonathan Sinaiko. Present were: Board members, Anne Lord, Lucille Plante, DPW Director, David Guertin, and Jon Gilmore. Also in attendance were, Administrative assistant, Kathy Meads, Regina Bender ,Lester Heller, and Julie Heller.

First order of business was to confirm the list of blue dot delays for the town of Provincetown sewer. The Motion to accept them as presented was made by Anne Lord and seconded by Jonathan Sinaiko. Vote was 3-0.

Second order of business was hear public statements by Regina Bender who represented Julie and Lester Heller concerning their Sewer hook-up. The board will wait for legal council to look at the issues of Julie and Lester Heller before making any decision on their sewer hook up.

A motion was made by the board to concerning the water hook up to the property of 574 Shore Rd, in Truro, MA, which states that the Provincetown water and sewer board would Amending their vote to say the board’s approval is granted pending the Truro Board of Selectmen’s signature on their application. Lucille Plante makes the motion and Anne Lord seconds it, and the vote is 3-0.Anne Lord makes a motion to accept, and Jonathan Sinaiko seconds it.

Jonathan Sinaiko makes a motion to adjourn and Anne Lord seconds it and the vote is 3-0.
