Provincetown Water and Sewer Board

Minutes of October 17, 2002

5:00 p.m.

The Provincetown Water and Sewer Board was called to order by acting Chairman Jonathan Sinaiko. Present were: Board members, Anne Lord, Terry Siegel, Sacha Richter, Lucille Plante. Also in attendance were D.P.W. Director Dave Guerten, Administrative assistant, Kathy Meads, Mark White, Wayne Perry, Lou Briganti, Jean Mcknight of Kopelman and Paige.

The minutes of August 27^th ,2002 were accepted all in favor-5-0.

Business discussed was the enforcment of the easements on property owners in the sewer district to allow the sewer system to be put into effect. The board signed an order to allow the town to go forth in the process of obtaining the easements that were required to complete the sewer system.

A motion was made: To take on behalf of the Town of Provincetown temporary and permanent easements as set forth in these orders of taking for sewer construction. This motion was moved by Lucille Plante and seconded by Jonathan Sinaiko. 5-0 was the vote on the motion

The motion to adjourn was brought up by Sacha Richter, seconded by Jonathan Sinaiko, and the vote was 5-0.
