The Provincetown Water and Sewer Board was called to order by acting Chairman Jonathan Sinaiko. Present were: Board members, Anne Lord, and Lucille Plante. Also in attendance were, DPW director, David Guertin, Administrative assistant, Kathy Meads, Lou Briganti, water superintendent, Ted Bailey, and a representative from the Banner.

Motion Jonathan Sinaiko—Consider as priorities for study as phase II hookups including but not limited to areas within 100 buffer of wetlands, under minimum distance ground water, require raise or varianced systems. Unanimous
