Provincetown Water and Sewer Board

Minutes of August 27, 2002.

5:10 p.m.

The Provincetown Water and Sewer Board was called to order by acting Chairman Jonathan Sinaiko. Present were: Board members, Anne Lord, Sacha Richter, and Lucille Plante, John Ciluzzi, Terry Siegel. Also in attendance were, Administrative assistant, Kathy Meads.

First order of business was to accept the minutes of August 18^th 2002. Lucille made motion to accept them, Anne Lord seconded the motion and the vote was 6-0.

Second order of business was to accept minutes of July 18^th 2002. Anne Lord makes a motion to accept, and Jonathan Sinaiko seconds it. The vote is 6-0.

The next order of business was for the W&S board to sign the first document presented to us that details the certification of costs related to the sewer betterments, for those who are committed to hooking up to the town sewer. All members signed.

The next order of business was for the W&S board to sign the second document: Order to Access. All members signed.

Anne Lord makes a statement that the W&S board should explore preliminary investigation into phase 2 beginning in the next few months.

Jonathan Sinaiko makes a motion to adjourn and Sacha Richter seconds it and the vote is 6-0.
