Provincetown Water and Sewer Board

Minutes of March 14, 2002

5:10 p.m.

The Provincetown Water and Sewer Board was called to order by acting Chairman Jonathan Sinaiko. Present were:, Board members, Anne Lord, Terry Seigal, Sacha Richter and John Ciluzzi (alternate). Also in attendance were D.P.W. Director Dave Guerton, Director of operations Sandra Turner,and administrative assistant Kathy Meads,.

Business discussed was the review and approval of minutes of 2/28, 2002.

The next order of business discussed was the review of town meeting articles. Anne Lord and Jonathan Siniako recuse themselves from the discussion and vote on Article I of the special town meeting in front of this board on this date. Sacha Richter is acting chairman. A motion is made by Terry Siegal that the board at the present time it does not support article I of the special town meeting. This was seconded by Sacha Richter and a vote was taken. The vote was 2 votes for the motion and 1 abstention.

The next order of business was discussion and vote on article II. Anne lord makes a motion not to recommend article II and Terry Siegal seconds the motion. The board votes 4 for the motion, 0 against and 1 abstention.

The next order of business was discussion and vote on Article III . Jonathan Siniako makes a motion to approve this article and Anne Lord seconds it. The vote is 4-1.

The next order of business was discussion and vote on Article IV. Anne Lord makes a motion not to recommend article IV. Jonathan Sinaiko seconds it. Vote is 4-1.

The next order of business is discussion and vote on Article XI. Sacha Richter makes a motion to recommend Article XI and Jonathan Siniako seconds it. The vote was 4-1. Anne Lord makes a motion to adjourn the meeting and Jonathan Sinaiko seconds it. All vote in favor, and the meeting adjourns at 6:15p.m
