Provincetown Water and Sewer Board Minutes of Febuary 28, 2002

The Provincetown Water and Sewer Board was called to order by acting Chairman Sacha Richter. Present were: Acting Chairman Sacha Richter, Board members Lucille Plante, Anne Lord, John Ciluzzi (alternate). Also in attendance were D.P.W. Director Dave Guerton, Director of operations Sandra Turner, Administrative assistant Kathy Meads, Assistant Town Manager Mark Latour and Banner Reporter Marion Brag.

Business discussed was the review and approval of minutes of February 14, 2002 in which Lucille Plante made the motion to strike the last paragraph on the grounds that we did not continue what were discussing. The board voted 4-0 in favor of accepting the minutes as corrected.

The next order of business discussed was the approval of Article 11 and Article 12 to the Special Town Meeting. Anne Lord made the motion to accept them and the board was in favor 4-0.

The last part of the meeting was spent discussing the concern and interest in developing conservation incentives for the residents of Provincetown to further conserve and water.

A motion was made by Anne Lord to adjourn. The meeting ended at 5:45 P.M.
