The Board of Selectmen moved to approve the request of the VSB to redevelop a
comprehensive plan with public input to enhance the Town’s Waterfront Memorial
Park pursuant to Article 30 of the April 2003 Annual Town Meeting and to
present the plan not to exceed $77,500 and to not alter parking space size.
