Chairman Lynne Davies convened the
meeting at 9:10 AM with the following attendees:

Schwartz.

Lynne Davies
led a discussion and review of the FY08 grant applications. The VSB reviewed each grant application for
its completion and conformance with the stated grant criteria and agreed to
forward the following grant applications to the second round for award
considerations:
