Chairman Lynne Davies convened the meeting at 09:05 a.m. noting the following attendees:

VSB members: Lynne Davies, Chairman; Peter Bez, Vice Chairman; Laurel Guadazno; Kathleen Fitzgerald; Michael Peregon; Mick Rudd; and Hersh Schwartz.

FY07 TOURISM GRANT REVIEW

Lynne Davies led a discussion and review of the FY07 Grant applications. The VSB reviewed each grant application for its completion and conformance with the stated grant criteria and agreed to forward the following grant applications forward for award considerations:
