Chairman Steve Melamed opened the
meeting at 9:05 AM noting the following attendees:

The following are meeting
minutes, in brief.
Mr.
Melamed noted Patricia Fitzpatrick was not present as she is attending the
American Bus Association conference in Chicago.

Guadazno was introduced by the Chairman as the newest member of the VSB.

requested the VSB meet next on Monday, February 14, 2005 at 10AM to continue
discussions from the January 11, 200 meeting.
Ellen Freeman
renewed her request to be provided information from the Tourism Director
regarding publications.
The
request for additional funding of the grant application previously submitted by
the Provincetown International Film Festival was addressed. Gabrielle Hanna, Executive Director of the
PIFF requested the Board grant an additional $10,000 of funding to supplement
loss of unforeseen revenues sustained by the organization for advertising and
marketing.
