Meeting called to order at 4:40 p.m. on
November 23rd at the Harbormaster’s office, McMillan Pier. Exofficiaos Chad
DeLima and Tony Jackett were present. Members Frank Foley, Michael Anderson,
Dan Nataro and Sarah Robin were present.

New Business
· Motion made by Michael that
we accept revisions of Recreational Shellfish Regulation made at November 23rd
meeting. Motion included a request by secretary that Michael prepare them and
submit them to the Town Clerk’s office. Dan seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
· Motion made by Michael to
accept minutes as read. Dan seconded motion. Motion carried unanimously.
· Motion made by Sarah to
approve purchase of 5 buckets and 10 gauges for use by recreational shellfish
people during public clamming hours. Dan seconded motion. Motion carried unanimously. These buckets and gauges can be
purchased from Tony but if they are not purchase, they must be returned to Tony
at the end of that clamming tide.
· Committee members were each
assigned specific tasks. Taks are as follows:
Michael Anderson: Post Agenda
Frank Foley: Call Michael reminding him to
post agenda
Sarah Robin: Prepare agenda and write minutes
Tony Jackett: Call all members 24 hours
before meeting to confirm attendance and remind them about meeting.
· Suggestion was made to draft
a Recreational Clamming Protocol Manual entitled: What one should do and how
one should behave on the clam flats.
i.e. Dogs, burrying clams etc.
· Motion made by Sarah to meet
on December 7th at 4:30 pm at the Harbormaster’s Office on MacMillan
Pier. Motion seconded by Dan. Motion
carried unanimously.
· Motion made by Dan to
adjourn the meeting at 6:15 pm. Motion seconded by Michael. Motion carried unanimously.
