Called to Order 5:05 pm. Members present: Mel Cote, Alex Brown (Chair), Tony Jackett (Shellfish Constable), John Baldwin (Sec.)

Shellfish Constable’s Report:

· Opening day for shellfish harvesting had a good turnout.

· Good mix of clams and a lot of seed.

· Propagation efforts are coming to fruition.

· Noted highway run-offs into Pilgrim Lake - 52

Grant Site Issues:

Alex Brown will wait to Spring for his grant site relocation.

MOTION by John Baldwin to study extent and placement of sub-tidal grants in the northeastern area of Provincetown Harbor. Seconded by Mel Cote. Discussion. VOTED 3-0 to accept motion.

Other Business:

Cape and Islands Grant for shellfish seed up-wellers for the town. Tony has submitted prices for up-wellers and their components.
