Called to Order 5:25 pm. Members present: Mel Cote, Alex Brown (Chair), Paul Tasha, John Baldwin (Sec.)

Review of aquaculture grant applications:

Jason Baldwin – Original Application (John Baldwin recused from room). MOTION by Mel Cote to accept Jason Baldwin’s application for a one-acre sub-tidal aquaculture grant in Provincetown Harbor. Seconded by Alex Brown. Discussion. VOTED 3-0 to accept application.

Alex Brown – Relocation and Renewal of Existing Grant (Alex Brown recused from room). MOTION by Mel Cote to accept Alex Brown’s application for relocation and renewal of his existing grant. Seconded by Paul Tasha. Discussion. VOTED 3-0 to accept application.

David Salvador – Original Application. MOTION by John Baldwin to accept David Salvador’s application for a one-acre sub-tidal aquaculture grant in Provincetown Harbor. Seconded by Alex Brown. Discussion. VOTED 4-0 to accept application.

Other Business:

MOTION by Paul Tasha to endorse the planting of eel grass on Shankpainter Bar as part of Provencia Mitigation Project. Seconded by Alex Brown. Discussion. VOTED 4-0 to accept application.
