(Mr. Adams Excused at 6:30 P.M.)
Others Present: Jessica Waugh, Superintendent of Schools, Nancy Flasher
The Chair called the meeting to order at 4:05 P.M.

None
Minutes:
Peter Grosso made a motion to approve the 5/13/2008 Minutes. Seconded by Kerry Adams
So Voted 4-0 (Ms. Patrick absent for vote)
Peter Grosso made a motion to approve 5/27/2008 Minutes. Seconded by Kerry Adams.
So voted 4-0
Peter Grosso made a motion to approve 6/10/2008 Minutes. Seconded by Kerry Adams.
So voted 4-0
Superintendent’s Update:
Dr. Robert Sinclair made his presentation to the school committee regarding small schools and his research in that area.
Superintendent Waugh postponed her update on teacher assignments/PHS courses for the 2008-09 School Year
Unfinished Business:
5.1 Agreement between town and school regarding: Allocation of expenditures discussion was postponed to the next school committee meeting.
5.2 Financial Statement: No discussion or comments.
New Business:
Disposal of Surplus Property was postponed to the next meeting.
Strategic Planning Committee Request was tabled.

The Chairperson announced the committee would be going into Executive Session for the purpose of discussion with respect to collective bargaining strategy and will not be returning to open session for the purpose of adjournment. On a roll call vote it was so voted unanimously,
Open meeting adjourned at 5:20 P.M.
