Minutes of March 25, 2008

Nelson, Chairperson, Peter Grosso, Vice Chairperson, Debra Trovato (arrived
4:05 p.m.) Kerry Adams and Shannon Patrick
Others Present: Jessica Waugh, Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Floriano Pavão, Principal
Sallie A. Tighe, Lorie Welch, Genevieve Martin, Carrie Notaro, Karen Silva and Others.
The Chair called the meeting to order at 4:05 P.M.
The chair announced the meeting was going into Executive Session for the purpose of discussion non-union contracts. The committee will be returning to open session. On a roll call vote the committee unanimously voted to enter Executive Session at 4:08 P.M.
The committee returned to regular session at 5:30 P.M.
Public Comments:
Laurie Rolls reviewed her proposal for use of Motta Field to hold a Kickball Game(s).
Carrie Notaro asked the committee if there were any special plans in place for Town Meeting such as babysitting service for parents who want to attend the ATM.
PSC Student Reps’ Comments:
None
The committee reviewed final plans and preparation for the Annual Town Meeting.
For example, plans for babysitting, student work being hung, district newsletters available, etc.
No motions or votes taken.
Meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
