Members Present: Terese Nelson, Chairperson, Peter Grosso, Debra Trovato, Kerry Adams Absent: Shannon Patrick

Others Present: Jessica Waugh, Supt. of Schools, Betty White, Adm. Assistant to Supt. for Business and Finance, Sharon Lynn, Town Manager, Alex Heilala, Director of Municipal Finance and others

Finance Committee Members: Gary Dielus, Ruth Gilbert, Virginia Ross, David Bedard, Robert Vetrick, Phil Gadazano and Tom Coen

Board of Selectmen: MaryJo Avellar, Michele Couture, Pam Parmakian, Lynn Davies, Austin Knight

The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m.

After much discussion among the committee members it was agreed by the school committee to re-visit their FY-09 Approved Budget. The purpose to see if there was possibly something(s) could be removed.

It was agreed to have another joint meeting on Wednesday, March 12, 2008.

The meeting adjourned at 4:00 P.M.
