Members Present: Terese Nelson, Chairperson, Peter Grosso, Debra Trovato, Kerry Adams Absent: Shannon Patrick

Others Present: Jessica Waugh, Supt. of Schools, Betty White, Adm. Assistant to Supt. for Business and Finance, Sharon Lynn, Town Manager, Alex Heilala, Director Municipal Finance and others.

Finance Committee Members: Gary Dielus, Ruth Gilbert, Virginia Ross, David Bedard,

Robert Vetrick, Phil Gadazno, Tom Coen

Board of Selectmen: MaryJo Avellar, Michele Couture, Pam Parmakian , Lynn Davies, Austin Knight

The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m.

A long question and answer session took place regarding the FY-09 Budget. Both the Finance Committee and the Board of Selectmen targeted Mrs. White resulting in a poll of each member of the FinCom and Board of Selectmen stating their opinions on her job, her salary and other observations and evaluations.

Another joint meeting will be posted for March 5, 2008,

No motions or votes were taken.

Meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
