Members Present: Terese Nelson (Chairperson), Debra Trovato, Molly Perdue, Burton Wolfman( Secretary).

Members Absent: Peter Grosso

Others Present: Janice K. Lachowetz, Superintendent of Schools, Anthony Teso, VMES Principal/DSS, Edward Boxer, PHS Principal, Betty White, Adm. Assistant/Business and Finance, Alix Heilala, Town Accountant, John Fitzgerald, Town Treasurer

Chair called the meeting to order at 4.00 P.M. following a roll call of members present .

This was a joint meeting with the Board of Selectmen, Keith Bergman, Town Manager, and Finance Committee to address fiscal issues for FY- 07 Budget.

Adjournment:

Molly Perdue made a motion to adjourn at 5:00 P.M. and it was so voted unanimously.
