Minutes of July 25, 2005

Members Present: Peter Grosso (Vice Chair), Debra Trovato, Molly Perdue and Burton Wolfman (Absent: Terese Nelson)

Selectmen Present: Dr. Cheryl Andrews, Richard Olsen, Sarah Peake, David Nicolau

(Absent: Michele Couture)

Others Present: Town Manager Keith Bergman

Meeting called to order by Dr. Andrews at 6.01 P.M.

Peter Grosso called the School Committee meeting to order shortly thereafter.

Town Manager Bergman presented background information on the revised Memorandum of Understanding between School Committee, Town of Provincetown and Center for Coastal Studies regarding the acquisition of the High School Annex.

Burt Wolfman made a motion to approve the Memorandum of Understanding (see attached). Molly Perdue seconded. It was so voted. 4- 0.

Sarah Peake made a motion to approve the Memorandum of Understanding. Seconded by Richard Olsen. It was so voted 3-0. (Selectman Nicolau did not participate in the discussion or deliberations)

School Committee adjourned at 6:30 PM.

These minutes were approved by vote of the Provincetown School Committee at their meeting on September 13, 2005
