3.1. Discussion High School Annex: Town Manager Keith Bergman outlined several issues relating to the Center for Coastal Studies lease/purchase of the High School Annex. The primary issue is the location of a Title V septic system at the Annex is not hooked-up to the sewer. Even in the interim a location is required to occupy the building. Mr. Bergman outlined the availability of adjacent, undeveloped parcels of land which would be conveyed for a Title V system, additional parking, and, or storage. Access to these parcels would require foregoing parking spaces in the Grace Hall lot formerly reserved for the superintendent and staff. The Committee deferred any decision until its next meeting on July 12, 2005.
Presentation:
Susan Avellar presented Peter Grosso with a copy of the Class of 2005 year book in appreciation for all the support the Lions Club gives to the district.

5.1 Technology MIS Services for Fiscal Year 2006
The Committee reviewed MIS Services Memorandum of Understanding with the Town of Provincetown for Fiscal 2006, with the MIS Director, Beau Jackett. The Committee expressed its concerns about staff availability during the school hours and was concerned about the scope of work included in the agreement. It was pointed out the schools overall needs include both technical assistance and maintenance. Also shared are the curricular issues which are the responsibility of the education staff and administration. It is clear that the all parties need to work closely together. Several suggestions were made to clarify some of these issues which will be reviewed before ratification.
