Minutes of June 5, 2007

 

 

Members Present:  Jill Macara, Cass Benson, Treg Kaeselau, Susan Cook, Tracy Trewhella, Brandon Motta, Bronwyn Malicoat 

 

Members Absent:  David Mazochi

 

Also in attendance:    

 

Call to order:  6:12 pm

 

Directors Report:       4th of july report, looking for more floats distributed information on marshals, and how the parade route will go.   Cook out after the parade will be at Motta Field, volunteers are needed Brandon will approach the K of C for help.

Bronwyn will contact WOMR to ask them to have a float in the parade

Jill, Bronwyn, and Cass will look into the possibility of having horses  in the parade.

Plans for the summer program are underway

 

Old Business:  Goals for the coming year: 

1.Soccer field re-seeded, Cass will ask  Jen Crooks a local landscaper to see what needs to be done.

2. Create more programs for adults

3. Continue working towards emergency shelter for people with animals

4. Improve equipment, game room, weight room and skate park

5. redo dance room floor

 

Fishing Derby:   Jill will take care of this, Tracy will provide staff.
