I. Election of Officers

Motion: Kaeselau - Chair

Cahill – Vice Chair

Cook – Secretary

Move – Cahill

Vote 3-0 in favor

II. Old Business:

Elect CPA Representative

Motion: Kaeselau as CPA representative

Move: Cook

Second: Cahill

Vote 3-0 in favor

III Teen Night Discussion

Numbers on Friday nights are far greater than Saturdays. Look for reasons and will examine if other offerings might be more productive (mote trips, special events, etc). Will revisit at future meeting.
