Minutes: Public Hearing and Regular Meeting

In attendance: Susan Cook, Jill Macara, Candy Silva, Robert Cahill, Dawn Henrique, Treg Kaeselau, Dennis Clark Director, Tracy Roderick Assistant Director. Guests; Chief Meyers, Julie and Tom Wilbur

Public Hearing called to order 6:35 by Candy Silva

Public Hearing regarding the Skate Park Rules and Regulations:

Rules and regulations handed out to all present.

Suggestion made to put a bike rack outside the park to stop kids from taking bikes inside.

Hours 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Chief Meyers will have a cricuer open in the morning and lock up at night

Discussion re: crosswalk at end of Winslow St.

Regular Meeting called to order 7:25

Pulic Statements: none at this time

Old Business: CPA vote: Motion to support CPA made by Mr. Kaeselau, seconded by Ms. Macara, Motion carries unanimously’

Grand Opening for skate park, details discussed

New Business:

The director reported an incident between two children at open gym this week.

Cost of Summer program: Rates set at $50.00 for 8 weeks for VMES students, $50.00 per week for non-VMES students.
