Meeting called to order 6:35

Old Business:

Skate Park Review

Fundraising: Jill Macara reported on her meeting with the Visitors board. She requested $10,000.00. VB will vote 1/13/04

Town Meeting: Discussion regarding the Recreation Commission putting another article in the town meeting warrant for money for the skate park. Motion carries 4-1

New Business:

Community Preservation Act: The director presented the Community Preservation Act documents to the commission, discussion ensued. No action taken at this time

Soccer Field: needs an irrigation system and to be re-seeded before it can be used the cost is approximately $8000.00.

Report on Ski Trip, and disciplinary action for incident involving 3 boys attending. As per policy students and parents/guardians must meet with the Recreation Commission before being able to return to any recreation activities this is set for 1/13/06 @ 6:30

The Director requested the commission vote to formally pay the skate park bills. Mr. Cahill made the motion, Mr. Kaeselau seconded. Motion carries 5-0
