Recreation Commission Meeting Minutes 12/13/02

6:30 Meeting called to order by Jill Macara

Members present: Jill Macara, Robert Cahill, Dawn Henrique, Treg

Kaeselau, and Dennis Clark.

I. New Business:

On 12/14/02 we will attend the school committee meeting. We will

be Requesting more V.M.E.S. gym time for our basketball program.

B. Joy Reis has proposed a fundraising auction to be held sometime

early February. We will ask her to attend our next meeting to

find out the details.

C. Dennis will find out when the next V.S.B. meeting is scheduled.

II. Old Business:

Jill will get a estimate fro Greg Morris on laying cement for the

Skate Park.

B. Correspondence: Thank you letters to the Lobster Pot and the

Lions Club.
