REGULAR MEETING

Personnel Board Chair Steve Roderick opened the meeting at 3:15 p.m. noting the following attendees:

Personnel Board members: Sandy Fay, Steve Roderick, Baiba Briedis

Other Attendees: Town Manager Keith Bergman

Sandy Fay disclosed that she is a member of the Provincetown Library Board of Trustees. Steve Roderick disclosed that he is the Treasurer of the Lower Cape Ambulance Service and that his brother is a district fire chief engineer.

After a discussion with Town Manager Keith Bergman regarding requested adjustments the following motions were voted on by the Personnel Board members.

MOTION: Move that the Personnel Board vote in favor of Schedule A as amended.

Motion by: Sandy Fay Seconded by: Baiba Briedis Vote 3-0

MOTION: Move that the Personnel Board vote in favor of Schedule B as presented.

Motion by: Baiba Briedis Seconded by: Sandy Fay Vote: 3-0

MOTION: Move that the Personnel Board vote in favor of Schedule C as presented.

Motion by: Sandy Fay Seconded by: Baiba Briedis Vote 3-0

MOTION: Move that the Personnel Board to accept the following meeting minutes: .

Motion by: Sandy Fay Seconded by: Baiba Briedis Vote 3-0

MOTION: Move to adjourn.
