TOWN OF PROVINCETOWN – PERSONNEL BOARD

REGULAR MEETING

Personnel Board Chair Steve Roderick opened the meeting at 6:30 p.m. noting the following attendees:

Personnel Board members: Sandy Fay, Steve Roderick, Len Stewart, Lisa Westervelt

Other Attendees: Town Manager Keith Bergman

After a discussion with Town Manager Keith Bergman regarding requested adjustments and increases the following motions were voted on by the Personnel Board members.

MOTION: Move that the Personnel Board vote in favor of amended Schedule C, “Seasonal and Part-time Non-Union Positions” by applying a 2% salary schedule adjustment.

Motion by: Lisa Westervelt Seconded by: Sandy Fay Vote 4-0

MOTION: Move that the Personnel Board vote in favor of amended Schedule B, “Fire Department Positions” as requested by the Board of Fire Engineers.

Motion by: Len Stewart Seconded by: Lisa Westervelt Vote: 4-0

MOTION: Move to adjourn.

Motion by: Sandy Fay Seconded by: Lisa Westervelt Vote: 4-0
