Chairman Len Clingham opened the meeting in Caucus Hall at
One person in audience (C. Nagle).
No public statements
Review of BoS joint meeting materials. Chair states that Vice Chair Couture has asked for a brief meeting. Chair will provide overview, treasurer to review financials and HM/PM to review physical plant aspects of annual report in their meeting packets.
Kerry Adams moves to recess until BoS agenda item, George Hitchcock seconds, all in favor, motion passes.
Meeting reconvenes in Judge Welsh Room with Board of Selectmen. Ms. Avellar recuses and Ms. Couture takes over as vice-chair. Officers present the annual and to-date reports. Discussion ensues.
Austin Knight asks for an actual conditions report to be added to future annual reports. (and possibly an outside inspection annually)
Michele Couture wants to have an in-depth meeting with us (Feb. 11) after float owners on January 28th. Issues could include quarterly meetings and better communications, possibility of a fish building on pier, more public hearings and wanted an update on Chico Jess (HM/PM responds)
Selectmen approve grant request for 604b water quality grant submission.
PPPC board moved to Caucus Hall. Lee Ash move to adjourn, George Hitchcock seconds, all in favor, motion passes.
