George Hitchcock: Have we sent a letter to SCORE?
Rex McKinsey: Not as of yet.
George Hitchcock: Did we find out what kind of worms were eating the pilings?
Rex McKinsey: Not yet, we will be sending something off soon.
Kerry Adams: It was great being involved and participating in the centennial. Accolades to staff on a job well done.
Len Clingham: Also pleased with the centennial and
that the pier looked good.
Event Requests – Mason’s request for 3 events for next year by Jim
Lundborn.
Full Moon Parties (fundraiser events for the Mason’s charitable donations thru the Angel Fund).
Len Clingham: A note of clarification that Rex McKinsey as master of the lodge is not the requestor of these events. Rex McKinsey has also submitted a Disclosure Of Interest for the potential for a conflict of interest.

Lee Ash: What are the procedures for event decision?
Len Clingham: The board will recognize the dates requested and a decision will be forth coming.
Rex McKinsey: Would like the July Event to be approved so that we can have a walk thru of the entire permitting process with the town so that it can be used as an example to use when developing a permitting process for the PPPC and the town.
Kerry Adams: Assume that there will be live music and will it be open to the public?
John Lundborn: Yes and all the money will be donated to charity.
George Hitchcock: Are we thinking of asking the town for a different process?
Len Clingham: A master license is something that we are looking for.

Thanks to the board for allowing him to have the freedom for the centennial event. Commends the staff for the efforts during the centennial event.

Lee Ash: Have noticed several times while down on the pier there seems to be boats that are docked on the float spaces that are not engaged in commercial activity.
Rex McKinsey: We have noticed a few vessels: Details on 2W Flyers Charter Boat, 1W Scully Joe, 9W has one boat that belongs to Ed Patten and one on 8W.
