Kerry Adams: Reiterated that the check must clear.
A motion was made to draw up a standard short-term rental contract for the other half of 10W to Kevin Foley and George Crosby for $5000 and that it reflects the fact that the tenant is providing his own float and has a restricted water-sheet in comparison to the other floats spaces.

Phil Tarvers: Do we own the handicap gangway to the ferry float?
Rex McKinsey: Town does and we manage it. All attempts to repair it have failed.
Discussion of handicap gangway took place.
Len Clingham: Requested that Rex McKinsey check into getting the handicap ramp repaired.
Phil Tarvers: Jules Popko asked Phil Tarvers what he could do to expedite his sculpture request and also asked how much the PPPC would charge to put up a tent area to make and sell their handmade jewelry.

Len Clingham: The issue of liability in regards to his bench proposal. For the jewelry tent a proposal would need to be made to the board.
Kerry Adams: A day rate for trap sheds.
Len Clingham: No statement at this time.
Rex McKinsey brought the board up to speed with the recent work of the trap-shed subcommittee.

Len Clingham: Adoption of PPPC Personnel Rules on next meeting’s agenda
Bathroom Attendant: Pay a slightly higher rate they get and to come down from the MPL and clean for a ˝ hour per day.
Discussion
Order industrial toilet paper rolls and seat liners. Tampon machine and condom dispenser.
Len Clingham: Let’s see if the town deal works first and revisit in 2 weeks.
George Hitchcock: Would rather hire our own employee and take it out of the rent paid to the town.
A motion was made to pay the bathroom attendants $14.00 per hour.

Staff to put together a framework of the ideas discussed for the development of use of the pier for party’s/events. Discussion to be continued.
