Directors Statements
Lee Ash: PPPC Board members should always be talking to people about the board and that anyone can apply for a position on the board and that we have a copy on file in case of a vacancy. Acting as interim chair and is looking forward to discuss board positions under new business.
John Baldwin: Officially welcomes Len aboard. Agrees with Lee Ash’s letter to the BoS.
George Hitchcock: Supports Lee Ash’s letter to the BoS in regards to the appointment of the new PPPC Board Director.
Len Clingham: No comments

Big Program discussion of ADA

Pier Management Report Reviewed
A discussion ensued around a new boat vs. the old boat. Fix and trade in for a new boat.
Special meeting next week to review the option available in fixing the boat vs. fixing it and trading it in.
New Business:
Annual Report: Asked that the directors review and provide input to Rex before having it put into the Town report.
Discussion of how the board will handle the voting on positions within the board, namely the chair.
It was decided to keep the status quo until the end of June.
