Paul DeRuyter called public meeting back into session from Executive Session @ 5:20pm

Directors Statement
George Hitchcock: Talked with the airport commission in regards to David Flowers event. The airport commission wanted to know if it was a professional operation and he responded that it was and that it was a pleasant event.
Lee Ash: Talked w/ Ted Franklin about signage. He is more than happy to keep his offer on the table concerning putting something together. John Baldwin has not followed through or talked w/Ted.
Comment by Rex McKinsey: Brought up the fact that we have other designs from past research in the harbormasters office
Lee Ash: Ted’s work at this point is gratis.

Lee Ash: After Holidays and he (John Baldwin) needs to have something to Ted

Rex McKinsey: Explained that P&I insurance is above the lease payment
Paul deRuyter: Shopping for accounting services to perform our fiscal audits. These reports are a living, breathing thing and they are not final until they are audited.
Differ any motion on the financial statements until they are audited.
Harbor/Pier Reg changes Second Page is missing from meeting packet.
Made changes to work session summary, typos in the mission statement
A group discussion ensued as to what should be included in report to Board of Selectman:

Lee Ash: Are they no longer tenants?
Rex McKinsey: One owner still has a boat on the pier
Lee Ash: We need to make sure that no one is waiting for a spot on the pier. Everything gets cleared through George Hitchcock.
Paul deRuyter: I have a problem accommodating someone who is past due.
Rex McKinsey: Past Precedence
Paul deRuyter: Have staff reinforce a new set of rules in terms of A/R. The board’s homework is to review the Harbor/Pier Regs changes being requested.

to the accounts of Pat Sea and Joan & Tom reducing the annual fee to six
months.
