Present: Lee Ash, Chip Bradish and George Hitchcock, vice-chair

Other Attendees: Rex McKinsey, Pier Manager

George Hitchcock called the meeting to order at 4:07 PM.

Discussion regarding Cruise Ship plans- McKinsey outlined the marketing efforts for the passengers. Pier Corp is working with all three business orgs. A site visit will be in March. Packets will be placed in rooms prior to passenger embarkation. A concierge desk will be set up on the Launch- Provincetown II and will serve as a survey point for departing passengers; volunteers from the business orgs will staff this. There will also be some kind on welcoming committee during arrival- TBA.

Discussion of draft memo to BoS regarding management plan.

Directors discuss details of several areas of the plan;

Mandate is larger than a traditional HM department.

Look at breakdown of staff numbers and discuss Admin. Position.

Exhibit C review.

Phrasing of motion if needed.

Bradish to write intro for joint meeting, Hitchcock to chair.

Motion to approve the memo on management plan and forward to BoS made by Ash, seconded by Bradish and passed 3-0.

Motion to end meeting at 5:45 made by Hitchcock, seconded by Bradish and passed 3-0.
