PPPC Members Present: Joyce Guide, Robin Haueter, Martin Michaelson

Others Present: Rex Mckinsey, Pier Manager

Motion to go into Executive Session to discuss lease negotiations:

Members discussed the venue for the upcoming telephone conference with PPPC Counsel Lawrence Uchill, citing the difficulties with hooking into the telephone system at the Police Station using a household model speakerphone.

Robin Haueter told the board that he has received telephone calls from companies that are submitting proposals for the signage RFP.

Rex Mckinsey and Robin Haueter are continuing work on the marketing plan and promotional package for tour operators, which should be done in 2 weeks.

Joyce Guide and Rex Mckinsey are continuing work on the format for a budget for 2004, 2005 and 2006.

The Board requested that Rex Mckinsey submit by March 1^st a list of potential policy decisions and other observations pertinent to the Harbor Regulations and a separate list of enforcement decisions.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:15pm.
