Meeting called to order at 7:08 p.m.

 

Case #2008-02 Site Plan Review

Application by Martin R. Donoghue, P.E./Coastal Engineering Co., Inc. on behalf of Bradford East Condominium under Article 2, Section 2320 of the Zoning Bylaws for Section 2320 of the Zoning Bylaws for High Elevation Protection District A. The applicant seeks approval for the construction of a replacement deck and stairway including the construction of a new deck foundation at the property located at 208 Bradford Street, Provincetown, MA (Res3 Zone).

 

Ellen Battaglini disclosed that she is an abutter of the property however identifies no financial interest and does not feel the application poses a conflict of interest.

 

Work will occur within the general footprint of the original deck except for an approximate 50 sf increase.  Erosion and sediment control measures will be implemented and in place prior to construction. 

 

Motion: to approve Site Plan Review Case #2008-02 pursuant to site plan C16931.01 submitted dated 2-12-2008 as submitted.

Approval Not Required

John McElwee of Felco, Inc. on behalf of Caro Campbell Hawthorne, 46 Harry Kemp Way, to create three parcels of land from one lot.

 

Lot 24 will take frontage on Harry Kemp Way and will consist of 15,829 sf.

Lot 25 will take frontage on Aunt Sukey’s Way and will consist of 130,762 sf.

Lot 26 will take frontage on Harry Kemp Way and will consist of 5,327 sf. 

All parcels meet the required street frontage and lot area for the Res B Zone.

Discussion on Zoning Bylaws

The Community Housing Council has requested to meet with the Planning Board again after the Annual Town Meeting to pursue potential Zoning Bylaw amendments.  Staff would like to bring Growth Management Bylaw Article 6 before the Planning Board for potential updates or amendments.

 

Any other business that shall properly come before the board.
