Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. with Kevin Rich as Acting Chair.

 

Request for Approval Not Required Pre-Application Meeting

John McElwee on behalf of Felco, Inc. on behalf of Donald Cote & Kenneth Kruse to divide a single lot into two lots at the property located at 31 Pilgrim Heights Roads, Provincetown, MA.

Property has an existing dwelling and a swimming pool. New lot (74) will be 16,999 square feet with 80.67 feet of frontage.

Applicant was encouraged to come back for an ANR.

Rogers II, PE, PLS on behalf of The Three Telegraph Hill Realty Trust and The Five Telegraph Hill Realty Trust to convey Parcel 1 to the Five Telegraph Hill Realty Trust to form Lot 11 and, Parcels 2 & 3 to be conveyed to the Three Telegraph Hill Realty Trust to form Lot 12 at the property located at 3 Telegraph Hill and 5 Telegraph Hill, Provincetown, MA.

New plans were submitted and all changes are in compliance.

William N. Rogers II, PE, PLS on behalf of Gunther Realty, LLC to combine lots 1, 2 & 3 to form Lot 1 for a total area of 15, 565+/- sq. ft. at the property located at 27-31 Bang’s Street, Provincetown, MA.

Joe DeMartino disclosed that company he works for was involved in sale of this property to its current owner but that he received no financial gain from transaction.

Application by William N. Rogers II, P.E., P.L.S. on behalf of Gordon Realty Trust to create two lots at 105 & 109R Bradford Street Extension and 7A & 7B Point Street, Provincetown, MA.

New lot (11) will have 50 feet of frontage on Bradford Street Extension and has legal rights to an easement to Oppen Lane and can also gain access from Point Street. Gordon Realty plans to grant an easement to new owner to use Chateau Motel for fire department access.

Lester Jay Murphy, attorney on behalf of Gordon Realty Trust submitted letter requesting that definitive subdivision plan be withdrawn without prejudice
