Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Discussion with Sharon Lynn, Town Manager and David Gardner, Assistant Town Manager

All conditions have been met, therefore Planning Board signed off on approval of Site Plan.

Proposed meeting with Planning Board and Community Housing Council scheduled for October 29, 2007 at 5:30 p.m.

Discussion on Zoning By-Laws
