Members Present: Howard Burchman, Anne Howard, and Joe DeMartino

Member Excused: Kevin Rich and Ellen Battaglini

Site Visit took place on site at 105, 109R Bradford Street Extension and 7A and 7B Point Street at 5:30 p.m.

Board members walked the property and looked at and discussed the grade of the property as well as traffic issues from other locations at the site.

No further discussion.

Site Visit adjourned at 6:14 p.m.
